05 Respighi - Pines of Rome by bowties185 published on 2012-10-02T01:01:27Z Respighi Pines of Rome This 20 minute work is broken into 4 sections, but is not separated out like a typical symphony. Can you identify the 4 movements? How is the orchestra working as a team in this recording? Genre Orchestral Comment by Etta's Favourites It is a symphonic poem. The recording is from a performance of a woodwind orchestra. Since the most of the woodwind orchestras have members who are amateurs, I expect this orchestra is also an amateur orchestra, but a good one. 2016-04-08T08:46:13Z Comment by Etta's Favourites 1.
