Occlusion by IndustrialNemesis published on 2012-07-27T03:27:58Z A mix of fast and badass beats as well as soothing flowing songs, my newest album is sure to thrill the music lover in anyone. This work has taken me almost a year and I feel that it is my strongest set of songs yet. On the wikipedia page for occlusion, you can see that it has many different definitions depending on the field that it is applied to, but the basic meaning is pretty simple. The verb occlude means to obstruct, cover or otherwise block an opening. Ironically, my use of the word stems from my current joblessness. You know, like, a job opening. I initially planned on this album being my initial step into the commercial world, a world where my name joins the other big names in electronic production. My opinion is that a job that you can build a robot to do is not a worth while job to take. Music isn't a menial act that you can set a program to do over and over, music takes soul. If you think my music is worth buying, I have a solution for you. Send me an email at acb5649@gmail.com, paypal me any donation you want and I can set you up with a signed physical CD. However, I'm also releasing it for free here because I know I need work and your reviews and opinions are greatly welcomed. I've had this on the back burner for the longest time. The reason for the delay is I was trying to have this CD professionally mastered, but that deal fell through. It's funny, thinking back on these 4 years I have dared to call myself a musician, I wouldn't have even dreamed that I would have the opportunity to work with people who saw my potential and helped me to grow. Thank you to these people, you know who you are. I hope to work more together in the future! My website situation has changed a bit, instead of hosting it on indnem.com as I have in the past, I now own www.alexbridges.com and I am working (not really) on an updated site, but you can access the old one by clicking the globe. I'll work on the site though!
